Right now the biggest item on my bucket list is actually a prospective business venture:

I'm investigating opening up a massage parlor.....

Over the years, I've been to hundreds of MPs and by now I pretty much know the business in and out. I see all the common signs of what makes or breaks a successful MP..... I can just take a look at the outside of any MP, its location, the demographics of its staff, the demographics of its clientele and can guess with 95% certainty whether that MP will be profitable or bust...

It's time I put that knowledge to work and generate some income off a long time hobby....
