I respectfully disagree. The fitness industry is so uneducated. Whether you are bodybuilding or powerlifting. Natural or cell tech. Strength is needed to build muscle. Not necessarily be the strongest but that extra rep, extra set, extra weight. With good form will build muscle. Diet and cough cough elixir if you catch my drift makes you lean. Even on elixir you are fat if you eat like a pig and naturally you can be lean if you diet and exercise right and long enough.

That is not because you trained like a bodybuilder that is because you stopped prioritizing strength and eating like a dipchit to increase your powerlifting total. THis is what you can attain natty.
All of them are natty pros, all of them basically have PhDs in the field and they are all trainers and have 10 years of lifting experience.
Things to consider is that they are mostly stage lean. THey are generally bigger when not so lean. And none of them have particularly great genetics.
In order : Alberto Nunez, Eric Helms, Menno Henselmans.
Their podcasts are all incredibly well done.
Athletics > Aesthetics
I guess its time to start training again.

You lose strength and muscle but muscle memory is real unless you take so much time off that mortality is knocking on your door. Or you pull a Kevin Levrone and ride bicycles

Only bulk if you are no longer achieving you goals at a current bodyweight or if you truly want to bulk or enjoy food. Otherwise the slow and steady way is best. I am just a fat arse who loves food like some dope fiends love crack
I had injuries that stagnated my road to get me strong and even got me weaker. But I always come back or get a little worse. But every setback has an even greater learning experience as you gain more knowledge and if you are a strength coach like I am can prevent your own clients of experiencing the same thing or if they also get hurt you know what to do because you did it yourself. Now stick that I'm a tard rhetoric up your pipe and smoke it. I got strong with good genetics and being brilliant and obsessing over actually wanting to be strong. At the end of the day if I didn't want this to be my life for the past over half my life I wouldn't make it this far.
