Was super stoked for another absolutely epic Morgan Freeman detective movie. Is Jared Leto to blame?? Or are audiences just trashing every movie now that they can stream them? Feels like word of mouth buzz is gone from movies.

never liked leto in anything really. Requiem was a great film - bu tnot like he carried it or anything. always though he had a weird feminene but also masculine look. hard to see him as any type of character type (like jock, nerd, leading man etc)

saw the commercial. Denzel playing the same character over and over again. "Why does it matter! Why!" So cringe and so cheesy. And Leto as a villain is about as scary as a teenage girl. 99% of what Hollywood produces today is Garbage. Trite Regurgitated Garbage.

Watched it last night. It was solid but not really anything special. I definitely hoped for more with that cast.
