    Road to 225/315/405 b/s/d

    Hi everyone,
    I'm starting to focus on getting my numbers up. I've been training for a little while but my training was never good. I think I'm finally starting to get it under control and know what my body wants. This will be my journal up to 225/315/405 and beyond!
