    Healthy High-Calorie Store-Bought Snacks

    I'm looking for more ways to up my daily calorie count and don't have a lot of time to cook 3 or more meals a day. I do meal prep but am looking for additional smaller meals in between breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
    I'm curious what store-bought/ready-to-eat (or with very minimal preparation) snacks there are that are both healthy but also high in calories. Any suggestions?

    Rice cakes
    Nuts
    Fruit
    Hummus and pita
    PBJ
    Cheese stick
    Jerky

    Those apple pie met bars are a little too good for me. That brand has the best tasting stuff IMO but the apples pie is so good i can and will binge 3-4 in a row had to stop buying that flavor because 3-4 400 cal bars in 10 minutes was no good XD.

    Have you tried the churro ones? Those ones are just as good and have a very similar flavor profile. To take them to the next level, try putting them in the microwave for just a couple seconds...HNNNNNNNNNG!

    those are good too

    Most recently I am on built bars. I like the apple almond crisp, banana bread, coconut and cookies and cream.

    MET RX flat out makes some of the best tasting bars. Obviously high in calorie, so they fit what you're asking, but I rarely eat them because of it! But they are extremely delicious
