Today, I filed HB 1359, the Texas Independence Referendum Act. For decades, the promises of America & our individual liberties have been eroding. Now is the time for the People of Texas to have the right to decide their own future.

This resolution gives Texans the option to vote to secede.

Good. No state should suffer from lawless Banana Republic, where elections are decided by Chinese voting machines and unidentifiable mail ballots. Texas and other states filed a lawsuit and SCOTUS refused to even look at it. There's no unity.

There is not some magical force and fairy dust that make laws actually biding if enough people stand up in unity against them. Also biden winning isn't an excuse to succeed. He will not get any of his agenda through besides EO's with how congress is shaping up
