i'm talking about the ones you actually decided to have intentionally not the ones that happened by accident. I'm just wondering why anyone would want to have kids in the current and future climate of our society. idgaf how you raise them it will be almost impossible to raise them correctly with good morals and such

Grew up in a big family and know how much it enriches your life. (Srs)
Yeah it takes extra work in 2020 to not let your kids get indoctrinated, but it's not impossible. If you're aware that's a risk, you're halfway there. Private religious or home school mixed with some conservative interests and you'll be fine.480s / 365b / 495d / 235 x 2 SOHP

I don't have kids yet but I would be honored and privileged to watch my beautiful babies grow up.
Teach them to read and write myself.
Teach them basic math.
Wind skate with them.
Do flips on a trampoline with them.
Why don't you like kids?
I consider it to be a privilege just to witness the neighborhood kids skateboard barefoot up and down the street playing spy and wearing costumes and buying from the Ice-cream man. Despite the fact they scream quite a bit. I don't mind. It's just kids having fun.
Kids are awesome.
Also, carry on the Family line.I have sampled every language and French is my favorite to curse in.

The world is better than it ever was by most objective measures, lmfao @ thinking otherwise. Also genes of whiny bittches are better off withering off into nothingness
Otherwise if you don't have a kid my mid thirties chances are you will never have any at all. If you don't have a gf then there isn't much to contemplate about as you haven't completed step one and the ball isn't in your court
If you have a gf your age, you need it done by 35 to make sure.
Males also get damage to the DNA as they age, and increasing the chances of something being not optimal with the offspring as you ageLast edited by DSTEE; 01-27-2021 at 01:00 AM.

Joe who? Joe momma?
I'm not sure what you mean by this.
My Mother taught me to read and I've read many many books.
I'd like to pay it forward in remembrance of her.
I also love children. I'm very protective of them.
I would take a bullet to protect any of the kids I know, or any for that matter. I'd protect them with my life if it came to that.
Peter Pan crew checkin' in.
I even chased off some Coyote's with my knife a few nights ago cuz I don't want them to think our street is their territory.
On the other hand, I like Coyotes. When I hear them howl or see them in the park I used to approach them to try to make friends.
I was also on my bike on a trail and one started chasing me and I tried shouting it away but the faster I pedaled the faster it ran so I slowed down and confronted it. It ran away. Don't try to outrun a wild dog, it will catch up to you.
Alright that's enough digression for now I think.I have sampled every language and French is my favorite to curse in.

We got married at 22 and waited till we were 27 to have our first. It's something we wanted and I wouldn't trade it for anything. My wife and I are actually raising a male; not some beta phaggot. My wife was an athlete and so she will usually be the first to tell my son to suck it up an get back out on the field or the court lol. He's 13 so he's started coming to the gym and lifting with us. We shoot guns, we backpack, work on stuff around the house. I've already made sure to teach him the little stuff like checking or changing the oil in a car, a tire, etc. It's nice to see the 13 year old you have knowing more things than most of the soy boy 20 year olds who only know how to run their mouth on twitter.

Believe it or not I’m starting to agree with this.
I used to say that having kids is stupid and selfish. And it probably is. But it’s how we’re wired. I’m 31 and starting to feel like life is in a way meaningless if I don’t have a family/kids. I don’t wanna live a life of hedonism or nihilism. As much as either of those two mindsets might be correct.
I go back and forth on this issue all the time. Either choice is a gamble that I resent having to take part in at some point.
My brother has two sons and I’ve developed an attachment to them over the years. They’re 6 and 7. I can’t imagine what it’s like to have kids of your own. I know I’d be good at it.

I don't have children yet, but I've always wanted children. I like the idea of that lifestyle. At the same time, I can completely understand why some people would not. I think as long as you're able to use your cortex to curb that biological drive, you'll be fine. I think men do better childless than women. If we think of humans as apes on this planet, men have the engrained biological drive to procreate as much as possible, woman have the drive to have the child. I dunno, it might seem reductive, but being a childless 40 year old man vs a childless 40 year old woman, there's a big difference.

First off, spreading your seed and continuing your lineage is kind of baked into our genetic makeup.
I had kids young because I wanted to be able to be a super active dad, and that's easier at 30 than it is at say 45. Plus the wife and I are still "young" enough to enjoy ourselves without having to worry about our kids since they have their own lives now. I have friends my age who have kids in freaking middle school. Nope.
Lastly, when you're old and infirmed, assuming your kids don't hate you, having kids to help take care of you and help you navigate needed health support will be hugely beneficial.Early AM workout crew.
