I've been missing workouts during the week because I can't find an uninterrupted block of time to do the full workout. But I have free blocks of 15-20 minutes throughout the day.
So if a person was following All Pro or Fierce 5, would something like this work?
Squat and deadlift after getting out of bed.
1-3 hours when life gets in the way.
Bench press, overhead press and triceps when time is available.
1-3 hours when life gets in the way.
Rows, lat pulls and bicep work when time is available.
1-3 hours when life gets in the way.
Any remaining accessory lifts when time is available.

I'll alternate between squat/deadlift and squat/doglift. I've come up with a few more lifts and want to take a picture with all three items in the frame.
Log lifts. Self explanatory.
Tire flips. Self explanatory.
Track lifts. A track lift is where you lift the track of your dozer off the ground. The nice thing about these is the weight increases with each pad that gets lifted off the ground.

My training is spread through the day.
Given the gym/work is closed rn xD I have to pass the day somehow.
Ive done this on and off for years tho in fairness.
No difference in outcome between times I've done it in n one or more sessions a dayFMH crew - Couch.
'pick a program from the stickies' = biggest cop out post.

That could be an option, you won't know how it works until you try. Or if you prefer doing everything at once getting up earlier to get it done might be an option too? Or training in the evenings?
- Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.
