Hey guys, I gave blood last Friday and it’s Monday now. I didn’t do any exercise over the weekend I just gave myself plenty of rest time. I did notice though sometimes when I did the reverse curl motion like to scratch my head or something there was a popping on the top of my forearm. Today I went to do a pull-up at the gym and that joker popped and I bout let go of the pull-up bar. I tried for a second rep as I thought maybe the first one was just a fluke and the second time I couldn’t even get half way up. It’s like this intense popping on top of my forearm. It’s not even that painful I can’t explain it. It’s just when it happens I basically have to let go of whatever I’m grabbing or either shift all the weight to my right side.
Does anyone know what is happening to me?
P.S. It doesn’t happen on pushing exercises or when I’m holding something. I did overhead press and rack pulls and felt nothing. It just happens when I bend my elbow in a pulling motion.
