For those of you twinks at 8-10% bf, is it worth it to eat a poverty 2500-3000 calorie a day diet just to have shredded abs? Seriously what do you guys have to look forward to in life with such low energy levels eating like a bird?
If you want to be ripped training matters more than diet.
The guy who does 4 hours of cardio a day eating 5000 calories will adhere to his diet much better than the guy who only lifts with a little bit of cardio eating a measly 3000 calories.

Honestly if you have to go out of your way to harass and bully me on a constant basis with derogatory insults you’re the real troll. Obviously i have certain qualities that make you feel small and insecure as a “man” that’s why you’re still putting up the whole bulldog tough guy act when you’re actually a little b*** that I could overpower in a fight easily.
You act pretty big for a small dude, almost like a chihuahua. Tell me, do you think you intimidate me? Seriously? Because from my perspective you’re just a little dog barking at me, a lion. How many street fights have you been in? Have you had to raise cattle on your own as a child? Have you won multiple drug tested international powerlifting competitions?
What have you done? I’ve accomplished more in the past 3 years than you’ll ever in your entire lifetime. You’re an insignificant ant that I can simply flick away just like that. You wish you could be half the man I am but you can’t and you’ll never be. Just accept it and move on or else you’ll get checked.

That's funny because I have a butter chicken dish for u
ngredients:
for 4 servings
2 lb chicken breast
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon turmeric
6 tablespoons butter, divided into 2 tablespoon chunks
1 ½ cups yellow onion, diced
3 teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cinnamon, 3 inch (8 cm) stick
14 oz tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 cup heavy cream
fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish
rice, for serving
Preparation:
Marinate chicken breast in chili powder, turmeric, salt and pepper.
Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Brown chicken in 2 Tbsp. of butter, remove and set aside.
Melt another 2 Tbsp. of butter over medium heat, add onions, garlic, garam masala, grated ginger, chili powder, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Cook until fragrant.
Add the tomato sauce and bring to a simmer.
Add the water and cream, bring back to a simmer.
Return the chicken and simmer covered for another 10 -15 minutes.
Stir in the last 2 tbsp of butter and additional salt and pepper to taste.
Serve garnished with cilantro on top of rice.Lifting Crew

I've NEVER counted calories and I stayed defined during my entire training. What helped me was eating wholesome foods (NOT cutting down on unrefined carbs) and hard conditioning. I relied more on the conditioning aspect of training to keep attaining higher levels of athleticism/fitness. I can't even separate lifting and "areobic" conditioning at times. I don't know how to lift without wanting to increase my level of conditioning. It's a mentality I guess.
Fact: My first-generation uncle was a boxer who fought Sugar Ray Robinson! He also fought in the war, sacrificing the career he deeply loved, so people could have the right to freedom.
Let's show RESPECT for the POLICE and ALL FIRST RESPONDERS by helping to keep THEM SAFE AND SOUND, and thereby able to PROTECT US!
