Bought a $1.2K TV on Amazon. I followed all the instructions when opening it. (Even watched youtube video before on how to do it properly) but it literally fell over when I pulled it out of the box when I was opening it, causing a small crack in the corner of the TV. It's one of those boxes where you pull the top off and the TV is in it's own cardboard. I guess it was just unstable on the bottom and the thing fell over. Is this my fault/can I return it now or is that fraud or something?
Can I return this to Amazon? The crack is like an inch long and is obviously noticeable, so the whole panel is screwed.

You’ll be fine returning it but you have to sleep every night knowing what you did.
I did this to a laptop I bought once.
Immediately went to sams and bought warranty. Sent it in to get repaired
Slept good till a few months ago when it finally cooked and broke (after 7yrs I think). Bought an Asus Zenbook duo
Profit
Cliffs: see if you can buy warranty on it and get it repaired. Or just return it.
Also amazon is usually not the best price for large electronics - but maybe this one that you bought is**^^ gone ^^**

I would then return it with a slight guilt. You know 100% it was bot cracked before it tipped over? You did not get to inspect it before it tipped - or did you?
You know what to do bro (hate this answer my consultant friend always gives me with 100% surety. And I’m like “you fuker how does that help me? So you’re eventually putting all the burden of thinking back onto my shoulders” lmao)**^^ gone ^^**

I went to return a product I had bought from Amazon to Kohl's but the nearest Kohl's was in Gig Harbor (an island across from where I lived)
So I drove over to that Kohl's and returned my product and got a refund.
But then Washington State Department of Transportation sent me a letter saying I owed them $7 because there was a toll I missed.
I was so mad. I called the DOT and got the charge taken off.

Lie of omission. You and everyone else here know that YOU broke it. All this means is you're ok with stealing. I'm not judging, but you can't lie and be honest on the misc at the same time. If they did ask, which they don't, you would either have to lie or tell the truth. Simple as that. If you told the truth, they would refuse the refund. Simple as that.
