OK... hey y’all I’m new here.I’ve had 3 fusions, not from lifting per say,all from my work(was very strenuous) and I have degenerative disk disease.
Long story short.. L5-4 was the first in 2010
L4-3 next 2017
L3-2 in 2020
I’m back in the gym as I don’t work anymore.My question is this,I cannot get to the muscles in my mid to low back,I don’t bend anymore there!how can I get to these muscles to build them?
You can see right where it is.. they just don’t get any help!
