I exercise 5x a week (weights and cardio)

I work from home so it's hard to socialise with work colleagues

I play football / soccer once or twice a week

and on weekends sometimes i will hang out with my friend and we will get food or go bowling or go to the beach or play bball.

every time i go out i always try and be positive and happy

I try and make people laugh and be good to be around (i used to be very depressed negative)


Current stats

Haven't had sex with a girl (not including paying for it) since April 2020.
Last friends with benefits was for 4-5 months from June 2019 to Dec 2019
Last girlfriend (oneitis) was from late 2018 to mid 2019


I swipe on apps but get terriblem matches, went on a date with a 23 year old girl a few months ago off tider and didn't lead t anything... she was a 5/10 as well.
