Drank too much last night especially considering after a 24 hour fast. I save each Lime to keep count of my number of drinks. I wear a rubber band on my wrist to remind me to slow down and not drink a lot - it didn't work. Now in robe on the couch. Got the shakes. Just ordered some Chineeeee Delivery. Large Wonton Soup, 2 Spring Rolls, 8 Chicken Wings. Delivery. Too shaky to drive. Only ate a toasted bagel all day.

i did go chat with another group of very young cute ladies after we had dinner at the table. these girls were super young for me - like 23. that's been possible for me but it's like trying to land on a meteor. near impossible.

exactly. i think i'll feel some of the effects tomorrow too. i won't be back to 100% until Monday. usually i'm fine after drinking but when i fast and drink too much it's no bueno. usually this happens 2-3X a year.

the rubber band and the lime idea are great when they work. but then sometimes you just go YOLO and the whole plan goes to hell. i should've switched to waters at the end of the night too. i had at least 9 margaritas in about 4-5 hours. so, about 2 per hour which isn't crazy when you think about it. but the cumulative effect gets you.

I’ve been going on massive benders since I was 22 but didn’t really drink at all before then... usually after the binges (which is every time I drink, idk how to do moderation) I shake for days.. binges are usually like 20-30 drinks probably over 2 days if I had to guess but usually black out so hard to know really

ugh. i got a toasted sesame seed bagel with butter this early afternoon from Einstein Bagels. i hadn't had a bagel for years but got a craving for something dry, hot, and salty. it took the edge off. Vietnamese Pho Soup is my go to - but i can't drive.
