I have been on my workout journey for roughly 4-6 months, I am 16 years old and a youtuber,(AgentOfDivine) moving into a health/workout genre, and I KNOW that I am getting jacked.
I am 5’9 145 pounds, eating roughly 3000 calories a day
I just tested and I don’t have an 8 pack, and it’s always seemed like I’ve only had a 4 pack.
As the horizontal middle line has always been extremely visible. But after some time, it seems like my top 2 abs are just beginning to show, even though it just seems like the top of my ribs.
I have always been an ectomorph, skinny my whole life.
I have been bulking and been gaining lots of muscle.
What would y’all suggest I do next?
Continue to bulk, cut, or take on some sort of hyper caloric diet?!!!
I also do a lower and upper body split with some cardio in the morning, and typically daily abs workouts with some occasional rest days.
