Without going into too many details
Program told me i had to do 200kg for 2 reps on deadlifts today, and i felt so weak during my warm ups so was sceptical.
I tried the first time and i only got a single.
Tried again, single and was SO CLOSE to getting the second rep.
Feelin super disappointed and I love deadlifts and its unmotivating to miss a lift during my program
Will try again next week and i'm sure i'll get it (was meant to be 210x2 next week which is also why i feel so disappointed about failing this lol.
Although i started the program in a public gym and now theyve closed so i have to use my stiff bar which could have an effect, so may possibly restart the program accounting for the stiff bar being tricky.
sorry for the ramble, was just on my mind today lol
