Terrible in my early 20’s. Just exited the game, to focus on myself. Established my career, got finances in order, built self confidence. 20’s were fully centered on self improvement and full independence.

Re-entered ~30, did okay. Mid-late 30’s now, dating gets easier and easier. I guess it’ll stop at some point soon. My looks improved (late bloomer always looked young), but mostly my confidence. Less self conscious, decent financial situation, etc.

I feel like women have to prove themselves to me. Looking for a quality woman, I can bring a lot to the table.

33 here, and it's been meh. I pretty much get all my dates off the apps right now. Mostly pulling 27-31 yr olds, haven't had any success with 25 or under. I frequently go there and he only hires attractive girls. That's how I met the nurse, she was a server and then bartender while going through nursing school. How do you usually escalate things? Been in these situations before and find it too weird to make a move or hit on them as they're working.

Unless the buddy sets you up, I find it uncomfortable to ask for a number of escalate the situation while the girl's at work.
