starting to notice quite a decline very recently. I'm still very lean with more muscle that ever before. However seems as if my skin glow has dramatically declined and face has lost volume.
Covid took a lost of stress. Feels like I've aged rapidly in one year.
Anyone experience this?
How can it be reversed?

I am almost 3 months into low carb and going Keto now; skipping breakfast as well
it is fuken incredible unless I am placebo-ing hard. Cravings for junk/sugar are much more tolerable/avoidable in contrast to a medium/high carb die that is made up of "good carbs" (potatoes, rice even beans, lentils)
I am thankful that I am starting this lifestyle at age 23

it's a diuretic but if you replenish with water it doesn't matter so I disagree
set a reminder to drink 3 litres of filtered water everyday and you are set
caffeine increases metabolism (albeit marginally)
but it also increases productivity for your studies (which can affect your career and therefore affect wealth) and output whilst working out which also affects how you lookcommunist until you get rich

Get a good lotion for your face( I use the one below)
https://brickellmensproducts.com/pro...ce-moisturizer
Also, use a humidifier in the winter. People always say be wary of the sun(and understandably so) but then go spend the entire winter in a house where the air is WAY to dry which is really bad for your skin.
Other than that try to avoid or minimize alcohol and get a good nights sleep as much as possible.+positive crew+

Idk, just turned 30. Don't really notice a difference.
Still fit in the same clothes I did 5 years ago. Just work out I guess.
Some of my friends in their mid-late 30s still look great (work out a ton)
I think genetics are probably the biggest factor thoughLast edited by mchabs; 01-24-2021 at 07:24 PM.

IMO we don't even fully know the negatives caffeine could have because many scientists are addicted to it themselves and it's a huge industry srs... Also many of the pro coffee studies don't account for the fact people that consume coffee are more likely to be more social and successful, which makes it more likely to have a healthy lifestyle etc.
caffeine's a drug and what we know from every drug is that if you get a boost short term you're taking away from something long term... I feel so much better off caffeine but everyone's diff. I think everyone should go 2 weeks without caffeine and see how they feel
