What is the best poverty east euro country to chill in?

Any world travelers here? I'm seriously considering taking a year or two out of the country to go live a poverty lifestyle. Last time I traveled around, it was for work and I didn't get to do much. I want to travel a bit and try to make money remotely (set up an e-whore farm??).

I'm not really into southeast asia or latin america. I'm not into the idea of sticking out as a dumb gringo and having every local take turns trying to grift me like they do the rest of the dumb ex pats.

Requirements:
- Half decent apartment for maybe $1k/month?
- Nice scenery
- At least semi-reliable internet
- Peace and quiet
- Indoor plumbing would be nice

In fact, the only reason most Eastern Europeans travelled over to Western and Central Europe before was for higher wages, as companies preferred hiring people from Eastern Europe over people in their countries because it was slightly cheaper, but more than Eastern Europeans would earn in their own countries. Yet, most of Eastern Europe has infrastructure, schooling, stability , healthcare et cetera et cetera

You'd have to look ive heard of people that have gone yeah. You probably could but you'd struggle outside capital cities especially in the old soviet countries as no one speaks English. Learn Russian I guess? But yeah it be dead cheap outside city centers. The monthly salary in Ukraine on average is 300 dollars which is less than many African countries lol.

Eastern Europe is actually goat. I was always one of those snobs till I went there, sure there are those ugly communist apartment blocks but there are a lot of modern buildings too. English is widely spoken and anyone under 30 speaks it really well.

As for the people the women are gorgeous and the men aren't such phaggots like in the west. They've lived through chit recently the parents of the millennials/zoomers fought actual wars and the phaggotry of the west hasn't reached them yet, they are definitely more hardened.

Only problem is the weather in a lot of places is pretty chit especially winter.
