Assuming I'm eating 10% above maintenance and 90% of my calories come from nutritious whole foods (fruits, veggies, nuts and whole cabs). Also I'm hitting my macros and tracking my calories to a tee. Can I indulge in processed foods every 3 - 4 days (chips, chocolate snacks and ice cream)?
These processed foods have a detailed nutrition label so I will track every little thing and I'll only eat the serving size nothing crazy. I will also measure my weight/waist daily and see if I'm where I'm supposed to be by the end of each month.
Will this hinder my bulk in terms of gaining fat more than bulking without those food?
