Big Pharma constantly lobbies Democrats to ban this competing product.

Democrats uni-laterally vote to ban said products, with literally no real reason (except weak fabricated reasons paid for by Big Pharma themselves)

Republicans stopped this bill, and saved nearly 100k jobs.

This time, the democrats/Big Pharma will get away with it.

it's specific to 340Bs - typically pharmacies that are able to dispense medications at a very low cost from the manufacturer to needy patients based on their patient population. it didn't really alter the final cost to the patients (as the article states as well) and they get audited pretty regularly to maintain their 340b status. it was finalized in the federal register 12/23 and was to be effective 30 days post, so it wasn't even active yet.

Imagine if all the small businesses ravaged by dem closure policies from Covid and are on the brink of closing now have to pay their employees 15 per hour.
