Been lifting seriously for about 3 months and just hit 225 bench last week for a 1 rep max. My current max dead lift is at 270 and so is my squat (ATG) of both which I can do about 3 reps each of. I used to do a lot of push ups/planks as a kid so that's obviously why my bench is pretty good but man I am far as fk away from doing the deadlifts and squat. Just wanna hit 2/3/4 then I wanna cut my weight down but feel likes its going to take another 4 months for deadlifts if I go hard. Any other bros out there like this

Change routines from a PPL to something with better fatigue management. Squats and DLs are pretty fatiguing if you're lifting close to your max all the time. But you want more than 1-2 times a week because all lifts respond well to proper frequency.
Barbel Medicine The Bridge might be good for your situation.
Candito 6 week is good for squat and DL, not so much for bench.
RTS programming is probably the best around these days.Once upon a time (maxes 2020) ...
