Is it ok to mixed pasteurised liquid egg whites with protein powder and drink it?
Is the protein in pre cooked egg whites as bioavailable as cooked egg whites?
I like to take 1 cup liquid egg whites mixed with 1 scoop chocolate protein in the morning because I struggle to eat in the morning.
P.S. it just tastes like a normal protein shake for anyone wondering.

Apparently not:

And this contains a citation which is encouraging without having examined it carefully.

Pasteurised eggs are not the same as raw eggs. Various food authorities deem it a safer alternative to raw eggs, but there's obviously conflicting claims. Maybe you could microwave it for a bit or throw it in the pan and see how it turns out. Otherwise, I'd just mix it with greek yoghurt, cottage cheese or milk
