Doing Lyle Mcdonald's Upper/Lower routine and I typically do pushdowns as a tricep isolation movement. Gym got a new HS Dip and decided to test it out and I feel it work my triceps well. Is using this machine a valid "accessory" movement near the end of upper body workouts? I primarily feel it in my triceps with my delts and chest doing a small portion of the work. I am not strong enough to do body weight dips for reps plus there's no dip bars in my gym (outdoor space with limited equipment).
