Home scale for measuring fat %?

Any recommendations on home scale for measuring body fat % ?
I know most of them are not really accurate, but more for keeping track on the progress.

I wouldn't.

They are useless at measuring BF% - not just that one but all makes - because BIA is a flawed method.

Anything short of a DEXA or bodpod is going to be a waste of time. You may as well stick with a normal scale and a tapemeasure.

I use the Navy method. It’s not accurate, but it is consistent, so I can track whether I am moving in the right direction.
