Uhhh that is EXACTLY something, meanwhile leading your team to the playoffs in every year you step on the field.... are you fukn stupid? The other 2 are rookies who didn't even achieve what Lamar did his rookie year.
Kaep went to back to back NFC Championship games and was 10 yards away from a SB chip

What did Lamar do that is so much better than Burrow and Herbert in their rookie year? Make the playoff? LOL. Congrats on using a team stat to downplay the two rookies already being better than Lamar and Kap.
Oh, so Kap didn't win ****. Got it. Stick to making **** up about your life on this forum. Leave the football talk to people that know football.AcetylCoA gets reps

Herbert will win OROY and Burrow would have been right there with him.
They're both rookies but they've both shown off high level passing skillsets.
Lamar has a MVP award, but Herbert and Burrow might be right there with the best of them come year 2 or 3.
Also:
Lamar's first 7 games (rookie): 1200 yards, 6 TD, 3 INT, 84.5 rating.
Herbert first 7 games (rookie): 2200 yards, 17 TD, 5 INT 108.5 rating.
Burrow first 7 games (rookie): 2026 yards, 9 TD, 5 INT 87.4 rating.
Burrow didn't impress on the stat sheet but Herbert impressed in both the eye test and on the stat sheet. It's kind of asinine to write off those 2 guys already.Last edited by BearyManilowe; 01-22-2021 at 02:11 PM.

He lead the league in touchdown passes when the system was working by giving him easier open throws to make. LAst year was amazing. The issue is it was clearly a one year system thing and not his pure passing skills.
He can only throw over the middle pretty much, outside the numbers he's too inconsistent with accuracy. if you cant admit this you're not even a fan. You gotta be honest

And Rodgers just won the MVP this year after a change in scheme from the McCarthy era, where now he throws it to receivers who are open via the scheme rather than having to continually hope that WR's on the roster win on 1v1 matchups.
Lamar is not a perfect QB. The only ones who are, are Rodgers and Mahomes. Everyone else HAS FLAWS in their game. If you are expecting Lamar to be a perfect QB then you're an idiot #1 and shouldn't be involved in this convo on reasonable takes in regards to Lamar.
The issues ALWAYS is, he needs a new PASSING SCHEME (like Rodgers needed a new one as well) in order to alleviate the pressure that D-coordinators have adapted to the current iteration of the Ravens. If you honestly believe that every QB and coordinator aren't tweaking their schemes and continually adding new wrinkles based on their QB's strengths and weaknesses than you're an idiot. It's what every team in the NFL does, and those who can't get fired or their QB continues to carry them and never reach that next level that they should (Rodgers again with MM scheme).
Brady has changed his game, and the O has changed their game about 6 different times over the course of his career to play to his strengths. This isn't revolutionary stuff here

Lol’d at Herbert and Burrow haven’t won’t anything in the league, what an idiot. It’s like arguing with a 12 year old fan boy.
I guarantee everyone in the Ravens organization would trade Burrow off an ACL injury for Lamar straight up. They’d probably trade Lamar and a first round pick for Herbert.

I think they both will be franchise QB’s for a long time, just think Herbert has a way better arm and Burrow is now coming off an ACL tear.
I agree Herbert has better receivers, but at least Burrow didn’t have to deal with Lynn for a year.

And Herbert didn't have to deal with Zac Taylor and the inept organization owned by cheap ass Mike Brown.
And I'm a lifelong LSU fan so there will be absolutely no agreement between us. I'll say one thing, though. Burrow was the only QB in his draft class that had his rating go up when pressured.

You don't need a perfect scheme to win in this league, thus why Lamar has been to 3 straight postseason trips. You need a perfect scheme NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE to win a SB, but Lamar has already proven he can win in the league with a subpar scheme. Your argument, and others ITT is asinine and easy to dismiss just at face value without even needing to go to next level stats.
Good to see that you and everyone else ITT can't counter that argument even a lil. Go drink some booze Luni, but don't drink and drive please
Is it stats or wins? You guys continue to keep moving the goalposts every other post.

And herbert was the only QB in his draft class to break the rookie touchdown, yards, and completion record in 15 games.
Didn’t get to see a lot of the bengals this year since I usually watch redzone in the AM. Who would’ve thunk hiring an offensive coordinator from a team whose coach calls the plays could be a bad idea?"Stop sitting back saying yeah man, I wanna be this, I wanna be that, grab your phucking nuts and be it" -Greg Plitt

I was responding to you about whether Herbert or Burrow had won anything to note that Herbert has in fact won [will win] OROY, and that he had the best statistical season of any rookie QB in history. That's all. Just wanted to paint the picture since this has now shifted to Lamar versus Herbert versus Burrow and has shifted away from what Baltimore should do with Lamar
Herbert and Burrow have the same number of Playoff wins that Lamar had at this stage in his career. Let's come back to this kind of discussion in 2 more years and see where it goes.
I already posted in depth what I think Baltimore should do with and to help Lamar earlier ITT, I was just contributing the raw numbers to go along with the topic that shifted. I didn't shift the goalposts at all, someone else did and I just rolled with the topic since my post about what they should actually do just kind of got ignored.***Mariah Carey is my 10/10 Crew***

Put down the Kool Aid.
No he hasn’t.
He has proven that he can be a fantastic regular season Quarterback with a Scheme that is Tailer made specifically for his lack of polish.
It’s literally created for him, and no other QB can be put in his place currently and run it.
This is literally.... the best Scheme Lamar will ever play in.
Everybody with an IQ above door knob knew the Window for a Super Bowl was very small... 1-3 Years max.
Lamar isn’t good. He is a Running back with a strong arm but no touch or accuracy outside the hashes.
Idiots like you need to stop blaming the system. It can’t be adjusted because Lamar can’t adjust. He is a one trick pony and the show is over.
