I think Ravens should pay him like a running back since he can’t throw.

Lamar gets 102 passer rating, 3.77 TD to INT ratio, averaging 31 Passing TD across his 2 starting seasons = People saying he cant throw?
Phillip Rivers career is 95 passer rating, 2.01 TD to INT ratio, averaging 28 passing TD's = People claiming a HoF career?
Thats despite Lamar working with a bottom 5 receiving corps, and a horrible coordinator for passing schemes
Lamar is elite, he will get $40m a year and hes worth every penny6'1, 205 lbs

You lose every single argument on this forum. How about you change up your posting style in 2021 and be an actual GOOD poster from now on huh
I will say that he is the Ravens. His offense is pretty trash, they got decimated on the o-line in the middle of the year and still were able to make the Divisional Round with a bottom 3 WR core. They need to update their passing scheme and get some physical outside weapons. Snead cannot be your most consistent outside WR and expect to make a SB run.

He will be always linked to Baker Mayfield, Sam Darnold, Josh Allen, and Josh Rosen since they were all taken together.
Out of the bunch, he's arguably the "best" QB to date from that class, solely due to this rushing records and MVP Trophy. In reality though the best long term QB's are probably Allen, Mayfield, Jackson, Darnold, and you can forget about Rosen.
Allen, Mayfield, and Jackson are all considered their respective Franchise QB's.
So for me, the window of contracts would be as low as Carson Wentz and high as Deshaun Watson, which is $32-$39 Million per season. Now you need to compare with the cap situations due to COVID, how each team will allocate money. If any QB wins the Superbowl, their value shoots up to $40 Million easy. But here's what I imagine the deals will be when they come.
Mayfield: 4 years, 32 Million AAV
Allen: 4 Years, 36 Million AAV
Jackson: 4 Years, 35 Million AAV*Mechanical Engineering Crew*

I see I rustled JayDawg, it’s unfortunate I can’t respond to him, because I don’t want the fbi knocking on my door for bullying the virgin school shooter from bodybuilding.com
Lamar will get paid a good amount I assume. The ravens would be smart to give him a bunch of playoff incentives that he’ll never get."Stop sitting back saying yeah man, I wanna be this, I wanna be that, grab your phucking nuts and be it" -Greg Plitt

And hell have that for 7, 8 years Idk why people act like building around lamar for at least 2, 3 more years, letting his passing get better, surrrounding him with better WRs isnt a decent idea.
Lamar gets slapped with "cant win a playoff game". His classmates, mayfield and Allen just won their first. so did lamarpls do not associate my personalities in misc and sports misc

Like I said, you've been exposed multiple times and tried to play it off like you were joking, you beanbag. You acting like you don't know what I'm talking about is hilarious. It was in a specific Misc thread right before getting banned, iirc.
He's a run first QB, you moron. He's a RB with a strong arm. God damn get his dick out of your throat.AcetylCoA gets reps

I think the problem is that his passing isn't getting better. He got worse in arguable every single passing statistic this year, which is unfathomable. He's been dropping his elbow and throwing sidearm when he doesn't need to and his accuracy on deep balls is suspect from the eye test.
I think the best move with Lamar is a 3-4 year deal, because he can run and he wins games (not playoff games, but games). Honestly I'd rather see them invest elsewhere (WR, C are glaring needs) and make sure they can bring back their core guys on D like Judon and McPhee who are going to come with some cost.
They've got to bring back Gus since they let Ingram walk. I'd like to see them bring back Fluker and Wolfe. As long as they've got the core around him, bring Jackson back but I'd like to see them take a chance on a long term QB in case it doesn't pan out.
If Roman goes or something, Jackson won't thrive in a passing system.***Mariah Carey is my 10/10 Crew***

That’s not a good way to compare. Lamar’s sample size is small while Rivers is sample size is huge. Lamar regressed a little this year too and that’s a little concerning.
What happens when Lamar loses his legs and isn’t as fast? Do you think his passing numbers are going to get better? I dont.LOL @ people who follow politics

If you've even watched 10 min of Ravens football, which I'm questioning if you have since you know next to NOTHING about your own team, you'd see that he has progressed consistently every year. This year his O-line was ravaged by injury and the center position was specifically terrible. He has nothing on the outside that can help progress his passing, and if he does get that then I don't think it'll be all that surprising to see a more balanced attack. See Josh Allen and how Diggs helped him
