Except Trump's administration refused to allow vaccine manufacturers to see directly to the states. Most states are ready to go, but the Feds and their lack of distribution plan is the weak link. Thanks for playing though, at least you tried, unlike Trump.

Federal Vaccine distribution and administration has been haphazard at best. The one state that opted out of the federal 'plan' has done amazingly well: West Virginia
