Great forum - useful feedback!
I have been running in the past months - now at 10k twice a week and lifting + abs training (at home due to lockdown)
Am 45y/o; 5'10" and currently at 154lbs.
Goal was to lean down from where I was at in Feb 2020; live a healthier life; get some better look and gain some strength....
Managed?
Any advice on love handles?

Good work.
I used to side bends standing with db, then moved to cables.
Now working out all at home I've been using a 50lb. flat band doubled up.
Losing more fat around the area is ultimately the solution. I'll broscience this one though and say I believe not only building up the muscles under the fat but getting more blood flow into the area of stored fat helps.
