Bag of veggies lists no nutrients?

I've gotten bags of mixed veggies and single veggies (e.g. baby kale, carrots, etc)

Some of these bags will list irrelevant micronutrients like vitamin d and something like calcium at 2%, but doesn't list vitamin C or K which is what they're usually rich in

I don't get it. Are they indirectly telling me that there is NO vitamin K/C in a bag of kale/broccoli or vitamin A in a bag of mixed veggies that include carrots?

I'm pretty sure there are certain micros that have to go on the bag to meet regs, anything other than that is optional. Doesn't mean everything else isn't in there just that the company is sticking with the bare minimum label requirements.
