Preworkout/pump (usually take a scoop of preworkout and a scoop of pump)
l-citrulline (sometimes throw in a couple scoops of this in preworkout)
creatine mono micronized 1-2g day (only take this 4ish times a week, 5g x 7 days a week is overkill)
