I used to go to the gym every day and train for 1-2 hours. Since COVID shut 24hr Fitness down, I haven't had a gym to go to besides an apartment gym I sneak into. I thought the time away from my gym would be a good time to bulk, so I started eating everything, sweets, tons of pasta, etc. I ended up putting on 30lbs in fat. Don't get me wrong, I hated being skinny, 150lbs of muscle.
What's the best way to lose the weight I've put on? Skipping breakfast again and working out in the morning? No more pasta?

What I don't get is how the OP thought that eating like a pig for several months while not working out would somehow result in muscle gains?
Plus, not realizing that he was just getting fat after he put on 10 extra pounds rather than waiting until he had 30 extra pounds of fat...
/shakes head~ Like Tae-Kwon-Leap, my goals are not a path to a door, but a road leading forever towards the horizon.
