Hey everybody!
I'm a 26 year old dude who used to workout all the time. I'm a medical student so I had to stop as clinical responsibilities increased during COVID and all the gyms were shut down in my state. I'm about to graduate and have the next 4 months off and am wondering what the best way to get back into shape is. I am willing to commit as much time to this as needed since I have nothing else to do.
I am 5'7" and currently weigh 126 lbs.
Before the pandemic I was much stronger and weighed about 140-143 lbs.
I have also become a pescatarian since the pandemic started. I can eat dairy, eggs, and fish if that influences anything.
Thanks!

Commit an appropriate amount of time similar to what you'll be able to commit once you start working. There's no reason to go all out 150% for 4 months and then fizzle out once your responsibilities increase again. Getting back into shape isn't a 4 month journey.
And seriously, you just finished med school and have 4 months off before you have no life again - find something else fun to do in addition to working out.
