It's hard for me to say that it was only because of the nitrates but PES High Volume had a noticeable beneficial affect on my endurance working out, I've never tried S7 and there's only one study that I know of that shows it does anything so the verdict is still out as far as I'm concerned.Originally Posted by AvengeMe

Glycerol would always be my first choice, but Nitrosigine is a close second when it comes to pumps.
