I was at the gym a number of months ago training back. I was finishing up with some shrugs with only the bar for high reps. I heard a huge crack in my neck and I had to stop training instantly. I could barely move my neck in any direction and was in agony. I stopped training for a month due to lockdown and my injury. I then trained again and had the same injury of strain on my neck going down to around my mid trap. I keep injuring myself and was wondering if anyone knew what I’ve probably done or how I can help this issue?
