This girl only has 4 digits on each hand. Granted she’s not a worldie, so the second question would be, if she had 10/10 face and body, yet this was the only downside, could you accept it?

True story time boyos.
I met a very attractive girl at a bar. I invited her and her friend to join us at our table.
She was very chill and I was making solid progress. At some point she needed to use the restroom.
While she was gone my bud whispered in my ear, "Dude! She has two thumbs."
I bert stared at him and laughed while replying, "Whatever dude, shutup."
At this point she comes back to the table. I grab her hand and jokingly say, "He told me you have two thumbs!" ...and then I look at her hand....
Sure as chit, she has a second tiny thumb growing out of the side of her existing thumb. She even painted the fingernail on it!
An awkward silence fell over our group as no one knew what to say.
My buddy broke the silence with, "Well...at least if you need a beer opened she can do it for you!" He did this as he made a hand gesture of opening a beer bottle with his thumb.
This caused me to start laughing uncontrollably.
Lets just say your boy Sooner didn't get in them walls.

No. Dactyly is extremely hereditary and wouldn't want my kids to have that. Knew a guy whose middle and ring fingers were joined like that and every single one of his kids had the same thing. On a related note that dude wasn't very big but had the strongest grip I've ever felt. It was like getting your hand caught in a hydraulic vise when you tried to arm wrestle him
