    Each morning I'll have a pretty strong 12 ounce cup of coffee or 1/2-2/3 of a scoop of C4 Ripped Sport before working out. That's all for the rest of the day. How much do you have?

    I have abused caffeine pretty heavily since before I even went through puberty.

    A little less nowadays though, being out of college. Probably 200-300 mg/day.

    I don't like coffee, but I do take a 200mg caffeine pill when I workout at 6:30am and I have a particularly difficult lift scheduled.

    And I like capuccino sometimes. Tea on the other hand...I drink 5-6 mugs a day.

    Exactly this. I abused caffeine from 3rd grade up. I now consistently always have above 200 mg per day, but never really go over 300 or it makes me too jittery & impacts my sleep.

    In college, I had 600mg a day easily 5 out of 7 days a week. I would literally implode if I did that now.

    I probably max out at 50mg in a single day now.

    Had to look up the caffeine in instant coffee for this. Not sure how accurate.

    Approx 250-300 per day average, with some higher days around 400.

    When I could train earlier I'd often pop 2 x200mg pills 30m before. Now I have to train in the evening I avoid that.

    If I go on a guess of a single spoonful of instant coffee being 50-60mg as it varies on brand the answer would be way too much......

    Ummm currently working from home which doesn't make it any better so about 500-600+mg daily, depending on the seminars I have its likely to be more if they are especially boring and long.

    I love coffee, I definitely drink one cup in the morning and one in the afternoon. I used to drink it in the evening as well, but it has become difficult to fall asleep. For me, coffee is not so much an energy drink, more just for enjoying the taste.

    I cut way back from how much I was consuming. I'm down to drinking one cup from my Keurig and if I'm still fiending for more, I'll brew up a decaf. Somedays I'll have a Coke Zero mid day but that's it as far as caffeine intake. Caffeine kills my appetite and gives me the jitters like no other.
