Each morning I'll have a pretty strong 12 ounce cup of coffee or 1/2-2/3 of a scoop of C4 Ripped Sport before working out. That's all for the rest of the day. How much do you have?

In college, I had 600mg a day easily 5 out of 7 days a week. I would literally implode if I did that now.
I probably max out at 50mg in a single day now.Life is constant learning. Give advice about things you know. Ask questions about things you don't.

Had to look up the caffeine in instant coffee for this. Not sure how accurate.
Approx 250-300 per day average, with some higher days around 400.
When I could train earlier I'd often pop 2 x200mg pills 30m before. Now I have to train in the evening I avoid that.5 day full body crew

If I go on a guess of a single spoonful of instant coffee being 50-60mg as it varies on brand the answer would be way too much......
Ummm currently working from home which doesn't make it any better so about 500-600+mg daily, depending on the seminars I have its likely to be more if they are especially boring and long.

No caffeine; usually only a cup of tea in the morning and yes has very little caffeine, or at least a mostly negligible amount...
