My gaming chair's fine... got the one below.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
After having it for a couple of years it still holds up. The pillows aren't very comfortable, and it can't do all the crazy lumbar adjustments some of these chairs are capable of.
Might get a new gaming chair in 2021/2022, and if I do I'm currently having my eyes out for perhaps a special edition of the below.

Got to try it out at a friend's place and it's SICK. Very comfortable.i7-14700k

Yeah if you're planning on spending 500+, certainly 1000+, it's worth going around to test things and talk to people. I hit both Herman Miller and Steelcase dealers in my search. Sat in the Aeron, the Embody, the Leaps, the Gesture, etc etc etc
The Steelcase dealer also had their own Used inventory with great prices

Mine is the leather one, i think maybe one of the first edition ones. Maybe they're better these days but mine is awful i don't think i'd ever buy secret labs again after this. Not only is it uncomfortable and the arms dont go high enough up but the actual rubber like material on the arms have all split and started coming apart which is weird because 95% of the time my arms are on my desk and not even on my arm rests lol.
Maybe its just me but i just can't find a single thing i like about this chair and don't find any of it comfortable. Next time i'd probably go for a mesh chair or something like that.
Mine is like this one for reference

This is the old school gaming recommendation, alot of people say that chair is solid.
Another option is the Stapes Hyken Mesh. It has a decent number of features and support for the price, about $110-160
If you're over 6'0, there's a modified headrest you can get that places it higher. Also, don't hammerfist the armrests like I did from gamer rage, you'll break the adjustment knob.ωσяℓ∂ тяανєℓєя ȼяєω

I have secret lab titan and its been amazing for me for the last two years or so. Can sit in it for 12 hrs w no issues (i work from home) and it has not degraded or worn out at all. I am also 6'5 and it was one of the few chairs companies that catered toward tall brahs. If you are shorter they have regular size chairs too but i think titan is designed for taller people.
You fukkin what mate. My has been good and comfortable af. My friend also got his a week or two after i got mine and he has been happy with his for the two years he has had his.
If the chair was really as bad as you say it is there is no way the company would be able to suppress the complaints on the internet. It would be a bunch of people making negative youtube videos about it.Last edited by Weezy32; 01-23-2021 at 09:26 AM.
