fuark this is the truth right here, need a deep desk to pull it off though (my eyes chill 3'3"-3'7" away at the moment and with proper brightness settings it's godly). 4k 60hz with 2xxx series GPU 2.0 HDMI, 4K 120hz with the 3xxx series and 2.1 HDMI, low af input lag, GSYNC and Freesync compatible, plus the WebOS apps for streaming 4K stuff. Monitor companies on suicide watch once LG drops a ~40" size on the market for shallower desks.

these sizes would be perfect. 43" is just too big for a gaming monitor for me since my desk isn't deep at all. the Samsung 39.5" ultrawide would be a tall as a 32" traditional 16:9 monitor right? or somewhere around there with just extra real estate on the sides. Immersion + OLED.. would make any man cum in their pants... but it has to be curved

About the same here, I wall mounted mine and pulled the desk back
Insane picture quality + other benefits on these things
My guess would be they don't want to make the 48" CX obsolete so quickly. Either that or adding those things would jack up the price, and they will surely be extremely expensive to begin with

EDIT: The Ultrawide IS curved, but NOT OLED . 5k Nano IPS.
"When it comes to this OLED panel, the UltraFine 32EP950 won't compete with the best gaming monitors; it's meant purely for professional editors It will have a 31.5-inch diagonal and a 4K resolution, 3840x2160 and 99% coverage of both the AdobeRGB color space as well as DCI-P3, which is nothing short of impressive.
For connectivity, you'll find two DisplayPort inputs, a Type-C input with 90 W of USB power delivery, HDMI, a three-port USB hub, along with power and audio jacks. "

Mirin, currently on a 34" ultrawide (might upgrade to 38" when some better models out) which I love but will be picking up a CX for second monitor soon for watching stuff and non 21:9 games. Have a c9 65" for TV, but I think I would still use the 48" frequently

I have not, but I've also never had issues with bezels lol
even when I used the 27s with 1"+ bezels, your brain just cancels it out (like your nose). hard to explain to people who haven't tried it
tech is getting insane lately
I enjoy finally having the money to really get into it. $2k on the monitors $3k on the PC lol+++ Positive Crew +++

Looks good man i wouldn't use it as the main monitor though. I'd get an L desk and put a smaller monitor in the main spot and the CX on the other side

I've got a 65" in the home theater setup butttt geek squad is coming on friday to take it away and replace it with the 77". Going full retard with the OLED screens rn but it feelsgoodman
hnnnnng setup, although I will say I'm doing really well in FPS on this thing, think it's the clarity and being able to see so much without having to look around in game. It is wider then the 34" "ultrawide" after all.
nah bro it's insane, would never relegate this thing to 2nd monitor bitch duty. The way it fills your field of view when gaming is so fukkin hnng**MFC**
