about a year ago i was 370 pounds 6 ft im now 214 but i fluctuate between 215 to 220. ive been eating 1800 to 1500 for a year now with a few cheat days here and there but now my weight has come to a halt i still have a little bit of a belly but im small everywhere else i was doing weight training as well so i got some definition but i think i was too low calorie to really build/maintain any muscle i had prior my question is how can i start losing bodyfat% since now i cant really lose weight on 1800 is there a way i can lose body fat slowly while gaining some muscle? i wanted to be shreaded before i started a bulk or anything like that in terms of diet idc what i have to eat to get to my goals i just wonna get to at least 15% before going on a bulk

Your counting is off on a WEEKLY basis. Also every 10 lbs you lose your maintenance calories can drop around 100 a day so unless you're dropping cals as you go you'll stall in your loss. At some point your deficit calories become maintenance unless you keep lowering as you go. Either add activity or drop calories or a combo of both.

There is no way that you are 6' tall, 214 pounds and maintaining your weight on "1800 cal/day" average.
More like an average of 2800 cal/day.
Your counting is way off. Whether that is due to your "cheat meals", bad daily counting or a combination of both you are eating on average way more per day than you claim.~ Like Tae-Kwon-Leap, my goals are not a path to a door, but a road leading forever towards the horizon.
