Hello everyone I was looking around the site for a Multivitamin and was about to pick https://bg.bodybuilding.com/store/no...l?skuId=NOW110 but it is on backorder (tablets and capsules). A friend of mine told me he uses https://bg.bodybuilding.com/store/bo...chTerm=multivi has anyone tried them ? Also I found https://bg.bodybuilding.com/store/ka...=kaged%20multi but 35 Dollars $$ seems a bit expensive ? Why Kaged has such a high price? Any recommendations for Multivitamins ?

no specific brand recommendation but make sure whatever you purchase there are no synthetic derivatives such as the dl version of vitamin E or the non R version of ala. Also with zinc and magnesium, make sure it doesn't list an oxide variant.

Now that you mention is about zinc/magnesium oxide variants I notice more than 50% multivitamins list it. Especially the cheaper ones.

I don't know specific brands, I usually look at the composition, price, and reviews. Of course, it is better to get all the vitamins from food. It is better to get tested before and see what is missing. You can harm your health.
