Let's take a look at that rap sheet:





So 15 days after being let out on reduced bail, he shoots and kills this guy for no reason. According to the report of the surveillance video, they walk up to him, pull the gun on him, he reaches in his pockets but doesn't have his wallet on him (they later found it at his home), so the guy just shot him point blank in the chest. For nothing.

No it isn't "reasonable" or "misleading". Because the people murdering are the ones driving the statistic. Therefore since there are less "potential drivers" of the statistic, you would think that the amount of murderers would be less. But it's not.
