Brady just retired Drew Brees
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Are you trying to say he wasn’t involved in the win?
Pretty sure no one in football wins a game alone.
Just more cope from Brady haters, “durr he wasn’t THE reason..durr..”
Yeah no one is THE reason in the entire history of the sport for the outcome of a game completely by themselves.
So what exactly are you trying to say? Go crawl in a hole."One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. It was a game of defense... and??
Tom took his offense and put more on the board than the other offense.
I don’t know who you’re a fan of but are you pretending your team never won a defensive oriented game?
In those games sometimes it’s more about not making a mistake as an offensive player than anything else. Tom didn’t make any mistakes. He did his job.
Drew Brees is a Hall of Famer and he did make mistakes. Many of them.
But that’s the difference between Brady and other HOF QBs. They’ll make mistakes in these types of games and Brady doesn’t.
Not sure why that’s so hard for some of you to understand.
What QB throws up 400+ yards and 5 TDs every game?
None of them ever. Keep coping. Brees is one of the best ever and he made mistakes. What makes you think you sub any other QB in for Brady in this game and they aren’t making mistakes too?
Like I said, just that kind of game. Brady knows how to win those games too."One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. Brady had about two great passes (one was dropped). Otherwise he had some very inaccurate passes.
What people always fail to realize is the intangible, which is the leadership the QB role garnishes.
Brady showed that tonight. Despite his personal failures the offense was still able to capitalize on those turnovers.
That being said, defense won that game.

Brady still won it too.
In 1996 Jordan won his 4th ring beating the Sonics in Game 6 87-75
It was a sloppy game, lots of fouls, lots of defense, lots of poor shooting
Jordan himself shot .286 from the field. The Bulls shot .397 as a team. The Sonics .450 as a team.
But Jordan also drew fouls and got to the free throw line where he went 11/12. He only scored 22 points
But like I said it was a sloppy game. And sometimes drawing a foul and getting to the line is enough to win those types of games. Doesn’t matter he sucked ass from the field, which he definitely did.
Same for Brady tonight. It was tough sledding for both offenses. Sometimes it’s about taking better care of the ball than the other guy. And Brady took better care of the ball than the other guy.
Any questions? Some of you have no idea how to win relentlessly. You don’t always win the same way and you have to know how to adapt in the moment to do enough to get the win.
That’s greatness.
Edit:
By comparison, a QB who isn’t as great is struggling in a defensive oriented game gets frustrated after awhile. They start pressing, then start making mistakes. They start forcing it. They can’t adapt and win. Things aren’t flowing for them and the roof collapses.
Sure the defense won the game. But it was the QB who wasn’t able to handle being out of his element that compounded that into mistakes on his end allowing the other teams D to have a slightly better game than his teams D
That’s the difference. And really Brees isn’t likely to be susceptible to that very often either, he’s a great QB, but tonight he was a little more likely than Brady to buckle and that was the difference.Last edited by SoutheastBeast1; 01-17-2021 at 08:17 PM.

People are giving all the glory to Brady, which is ****ing retarded.
At least you're now showing your pathetic bandwagonism outside the Bucs thread now.
Congrats on that and abandoning your actual team early on in the season.
