Is this a good bulking program

    Sup

I was a lurker in the forums back in 2014 till I decided to lose all the weight starting from 125kg (275lbs) to 85kg (187lbs). I cutted with Fierce 5 at the start then moved onto Allpros till I reached 85kg in 9-10 months. I took a long time off (1 year) because of Corona and I joined the gym back again.

I decided to bulk on a routine which is made by Buff Dudes (the YouTube channel). Been doing it for 2 weeks so far and I want to know if it offers both strength and hypertrophy and I'm not just going to waste my time in the long term since it's meant to be a cutting program

    Bulk/Cut routine

    WORKOUT A Day 1
    -----
    Back Squats 5x5
    Bent Over Rows 5x5
    Flat Barbell Press 5x5
    Push Press 5x5
    Cable Rope Triceps Extensions 3x10
    Lateral Raise 3x10
    Seated Calf Raise 3x10

    WORKOUT B Day 2
    -----
    Deadlifts 5x5
    Lat Pulldown 5x5
    Incline Press 5x5
    Overhead Press 5x5
    Barbell Curls 3x10
    Bent Over Reverse Flys 3x10
    Standing Calf Raises 3x10

    WORKOUT C Day 3
    -----
    Front Squats 5x5
    Pendlay Rows 5x5
    Pushups 5x5
Single Arm Dumbbell Shoulder Press 5x5
Single Arm Dumbbell Triceps Extensions 3x10
    Cable Front Raises 3x10
    Seated Calf Raises 3x10

If it's not good for bulking then what other bulking routine offers the best strength and hypertrophy mix since this is my first time bulking?

Translation: try something up in the stickies instead of making up your own program.

Looks balanced enough but would be too much volume for alot of people. I would hate to do 5x5 deadlifts and then still have 6 exercises left to do. Main question is do you enjoy it and can you progress on it? If you're a beginner though, get yourself on a beginner program with a focus on getting your compounds up

It's not a program that I made up like I said in the post it's made by "Buff Dudes" you can Google them and see for yourself

I'm thinking of bulking with fierce 5. And to @safcpaul I don't mind the workout routine, it feels fun and I feel like I'm progressing. I wanted to know if it's good enough for bulking

Program shouldn't change based on bulking or cutting mate. Only thing that would change is the progression due to it being harder to progress when cutting. Fierce 5 is a good program and if you eat to gain and follow the progression, you will be happy

General layout doesn’t look bad at all. Although if you’re lifting anything half decent you’ll outgrow 5x5 quick. Would much rather 3x5 on main lifts for novices and top sets + back offs/supplemental lifts for intermediate and above.

On an objective note there aren't enough pull exercises for it to be balanced

From a personal standpoint it looks like too much volume and too much accessory work
Somehow still managing to avoid getting 'too big'

That's what I thought. It's got too much accessories

Thanks for your input I'll go with Fierce 5
