    Cut Progress

In January 2020 I was 205 lbs and likely 30-33% bodyfat. From March to May 2020 I went to 186. By October I was 182 after being diagnosed with IBD (Chron’s disease).

Starting in October I went on a bodybuilding cut. From October 11 to January 16 I went from 182 to 162. The last week I had to fast for over a day and prep for a procedure so I dropped 4 lbs in my final week

I was wondering if people could help me estimate what my bodyfat % is in the pic from the link below. Using the navy test with a 35” waist at navel and 14” neck at the narrowest point and being 5’6.5 I get a result of 22%. Comparing myself to others I feel I could be closer to 20% or right under but I’m also dehydrated in the pic shown in the below link.

Another link shows my progress since week 2 or 3 of my cut:

My end goal is to be 10% bodyfat which at my height is going to take me to a very low Bodyweight (probably high school level in the 140’s). But I climbed from 130 to 205 over 10 years in a permabulk so it’s been time to finally cut.

22% give or take seems about right. Its good progress anyway and you have decent mass.
Also ending your cut 140s might actually be realistic given your height.
