I’m currently at...
140 kg squat
143 kg. deadlift
103 kg. bench press
66 kg. overhead press
and i also do Bulgarian Split Squat, Pull Ups, Rows, ab wheel Rollout and have just added Nordic Curls as accessories.
I’ve been alternating between full body and upper/lower Split in the last months.
My question is... as the weights get heavier and heavier, is it possible to keep doing full body 2/3 times a week with those lifts? In case it can be done, is it an upper/lower Split still more convenient?

Only you can answer this. It depends on what you mean by heavier, what you do in those 2-3 days, and you personally.
If you're asking if it's easier to progress at heavier weights by splitting your volume into a 4-day/week UL rather than a 2-3 day/week fb, then generally yes.
You could also do a 4-day/week fb if you program it sensibly. Full body training isn't really the limiting factor here.
