    Tight shoulder after curls

    Hi guys, I'm quite new to working out and after doing only a few bicep curls (3x10) at 6kg I often get a sore and tender shoulder the day after. The bit of shoulder that meets the neck. It doesn't seem like a massive weight to get an injury, is it a warning up thing?
