I've liked EVL Hydramino, Kaged In-Kaged and right now I'm using BPi Better Best BCAA as an intra

It kind of depends what you're looking for or if there are some ingredients you don't want to double up on; maybe because you got them in your Pre or some other time of day.
Calories, sugars and carbs can be factors to watch out for as well.

Intra? No. Unless you're an endurance athlete or training >2.5 hours your body will have plenty of nutrients to get through a workout which you can replenish by eating and meeting your macros and caloric goals daily.

Just because it's a supplement forum doesn't mean a supplement to your diet is the fix to every problem. Regardless, your advice was terribad.

I would just ignore the trolls like him, don't even waste your time replying back. And Mio isn't very healthy, alot of crap in there. But, you are right this is a supplement forum. There are a ton of beginner/ ok to take daily pre-w/o that are good. I would say any pre-w/o that doesn't contain the exotic or edgy stims would be fine. Although you might want stay away from yohimbe and a-yo. Have you tired any Musclepharm products?

If you want something fancy, Nutra Bio Super Carb which is highly branched cyclic dextrin for all of the carbs, not a carb blend with a sprinkling of HBCD as like the 3rd ingredient in the blend
