Why isn't anyone talking about this? If you look at the videos it's clear this shooting was completely unjustified. Can you imagine if this had been a black woman, an air force vet and mother with no criminal history whatsoever, who wasn't armed, wasn't threatening anyone, and could not possibly have been considered a threat? This looks like a mean spirited killing just for the sake of scaring the opposition.

Curious if forum conservatives have any thoughts on this. You always support law enforcement when they kill somebody. How do you feel about this shooting?

So a mob broke into a building where the leaders of a nation are hold session, then she broke through a barrier with armed cops on the other side holding guns on her and telling her to back off.

If we're criticising the shooting, then looking at consistency, the "play stupid games win stupid prizes" / "just comply" narratives have gone out the window for some reason, how strange.

Second if you're defending the leaders of your nation against a rioting mob who outnumber you dozens to one, who already invaded the building and they then break through an internal barrier while ignoring your drawn guns and instructions, I think that's one of the few times gunning down an unarmed person is justified. If they didn't and the rest just Zerg rushed in, goodbye cops and who knows what would have happened after that.

The cop was there gun drawn because they were headed in the direction of where congressmen and senators were. Noone knew their intentions, if they got through, and even if their intentions were peaceful, you cannot trust the mentality of a mob. It is as unpredictable as a wild animal.
